About the role

  • Run the full recruitment cycle – sourcing, interviewing, and everything in between
  • Work closely with team leads to understand their needs and turn them into clear requirements
  • Find and engage great talent through different channels
  • Ensure candidates feel seen and valued throughout the process
  • Help improve and simplify recruitment ways of working
  • Play a big part in onboarding new colleagues
  • Work closely with Head of People Operations

Requirements

  • A university degree in Human Resources, psychology, business administration or a related field
  • Experience running end-to-end recruitment processes on your own, ideally within tech
  • A proactive and organized way of working
  • Curiosity and the ability to quickly build technical understanding
  • Strong communication skills and the confidence to challenge when needed
  • Hands-on, problem solving and outdoorsy
