Talent Acquisition Partner responsible for recruiting across multiple locations for Caliber Collision. Supporting processes and managing candidate data between HR and hiring managers.
About the role
- Run the full recruitment cycle – sourcing, interviewing, and everything in between
- Work closely with team leads to understand their needs and turn them into clear requirements
- Find and engage great talent through different channels
- Ensure candidates feel seen and valued throughout the process
- Help improve and simplify recruitment ways of working
- Play a big part in onboarding new colleagues
- Work closely with Head of People Operations
Requirements
- A university degree in Human Resources, psychology, business administration or a related field
- Experience running end-to-end recruitment processes on your own, ideally within tech
- A proactive and organized way of working
- Curiosity and the ability to quickly build technical understanding
- Strong communication skills and the confidence to challenge when needed
- Hands-on, problem solving and outdoorsy
