About the role

  • Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking
  • Screen resumes and applications against client requirements
  • Conduct phone/video screening interviews and shortlist top candidates
  • Coordinate candidate interviews with clients
  • Maintain accurate candidate records in our recruitment system
  • Build and nurture a pipeline of talent for future opportunities

Requirements

  • 1–2 years’ experience in recruitment, HR, or sales (agency experience an asset)
  • Strong communication and interviewing skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple roles at once
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus
  • Passion for connecting people with the right opportunities
