Talent Acquisition Partner responsible for recruiting across multiple locations for Caliber Collision. Supporting processes and managing candidate data between HR and hiring managers.
About the role
- Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking
- Screen resumes and applications against client requirements
- Conduct phone/video screening interviews and shortlist top candidates
- Coordinate candidate interviews with clients
- Maintain accurate candidate records in our recruitment system
- Build and nurture a pipeline of talent for future opportunities
Requirements
- 1–2 years’ experience in recruitment, HR, or sales (agency experience an asset)
- Strong communication and interviewing skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple roles at once
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus
- Passion for connecting people with the right opportunities
