About the role

  • Real estate management professional in customer service role at a company with 20,000 properties in Germany. Responsible for tenant support, data management, and interdepartmental collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • First point of contact for tenants and prospective tenants on all matters related to leasing and contract terms — via telephone and at the on-site service center
  • Documenting and maintaining tenant data in the system
  • Collaborating with other departments to respond to inquiries
  • Receiving telephone inquiries and forwarding them to the appropriate contact within the company
  • Preparing meeting rooms

Requirements

  • Successfully completed vocational training as a Real Estate Clerk / Property Management Specialist (m/f/d)
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and WODIS
  • Professional experience in customer service is an advantage
  • Strong communication skills and customer orientation
  • Patience and empathy
  • Friendly and helpful demeanor
