Responsibilities

- Lead multidisciplinary teams and ensure communication among stakeholders.
- Apply agile (Scrum, Kanban) or traditional (PMBOK, Waterfall) methodologies, according to the nature of the project.
- Map, redesign and document business processes aimed at continuous improvement.
- Contribute to digital transformation initiatives, legacy systems modernization and the adoption of new technologies.
- Ensure management of risks, changes and project performance metrics.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in project management, preferably in technology environments.
- Advanced knowledge of project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, Trello, Azure DevOps or similar.
- Proficiency in Office 365, with emphasis on Excel, PowerPoint and Teams.
- Experience with agile (Scrum, Kanban) and traditional (PMBOK, Waterfall) methodologies.
- Proven ability in mapping and redesigning business processes.
- Project management certification (PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, Prince2 or equivalent).
- Hands-on experience in digital transformation projects or legacy system modernization.
