Responsibilities

  • The Condominium Manager is responsible for ensuring the efficient management of condominium operations, facilitating communication between the condominium president (síndico), the board, and residents, managing finances, and maintaining high standards of quality in facilities and services.
  • Provide direct assistance to the condominium president (síndico) and the board, ensuring effective condominium administration.
  • Manage account postings and oversee relevant tax matters.
  • Organize and prepare owners' meetings, including management of virtual and in-person meetings.
  • Develop, manage, and ensure budget forecasting and the preparation of trial balances and financial reports.
  • Supervise and ensure that budgeting, procurement, and administration of vendor contracts are carried out efficiently and in accordance with established guidelines.
  • Manage the service team, including training, performance evaluation, and feedback.
  • Maintain document filing control and manage communications via email and phone.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience in condominium management or similar roles.
  • Competence in financial administration and understanding of tax regulations.
  • Strong people management skills and team leadership.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, or related fields is desirable.
  • Specialization in condominium administration or related areas is a plus.
