Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership to structure and advance customer intelligence at Banco Mercantil, focusing on generating sustainable economic value.
- Structure and evolve profitability and cohort-based LTV models.
- Lead the development and application of predictive models for NBO and NBA (propensity, churn, uplift, CLV).
- Implement a culture of incremental measurement (A/B tests, control groups, ROI by journey).
- Develop strategic segmentations and deep analyses of the customer base.
- Connect CRM analytics to economic performance (NII, PDD, CTS, CAC, payback).
- Ensure governance of metrics and customer definitions (via Snowflake/dbt).
- Explore AI for analytical automation and productivity gains.
- Support strategic decisions with the executive board using an economics-driven, value-oriented perspective.
Requirements
- Strong experience in CRM Analytics, Customer Analytics, or related areas.
- Proficiency in statistical modeling (Logistic regression, GLM, ML, Survival analysis, Clustering).
- Experience with SQL, Python, and cloud environments (Snowflake, dbt).
- Experience with incremental measurement and controlled experiments.
- Ability to translate technical models into business decisions.
- Experience in financial institutions is a relevant differentiator.
- Experience with Salesforce is desirable.
