Responsibilities
Define the business unit's technical-commercial strategy in the market, guiding the sales force and positioning products according to customer needs.
Propose and manage sales budgets, market potential, pricing policy, margins, investments and growth strategies.
Periodically analyze commercial results and market behavior, proposing adjustments to sales policy, product mix, margins, production volumes, inventory levels and credit.
Lead, develop and engage the sales team, delivering training, commercial support actions and close engagement with strategic customers.
Structure an account management model for strategic accounts, developing structured account plans to increase share of wallet and strengthen executive relationships with key clients.
Evolve from a transactional model to a consultative and strategic approach.
Implement a structured pipeline methodology through sales funnel management, ensuring opportunity quality (not just quantity) and monitor conversion rates, sales cycle and average ticket.
Identify new market niches, commercial opportunities, strategic partnerships and innovative production and commercialization models.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Veterinary Medicine, Animal Science, Business Administration or related fields;
Postgraduate MBA in Commercial Management, Marketing, Strategy or related areas;
Proven experience in the national poultry market, strong strategic business vision, command of KPIs and commercial processes (sales funnel), and consistent experience leading technical and commercial teams, with the ability to influence and integrate functions to drive sustainable business growth;
Advanced English;
Valid Category B driver's license and availability to travel.
