Channel Manager responsible for partner recruitment and ecosystem development for N2JSoft's SaaS fintech solutions in Germany. Collaborating with Sales and Marketing to drive partner-led go-to-market strategies.
Responsibilities
Recruit, onboard and develop a strong ecosystem of ERP partners, accounting firms, VARs, IT service providers and business travel partners
Apply and execute N2F's local partner strategy
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product and cross-functional teams to build a partner-led go-to-market motion
Develop and strengthen long-term, trusted relationships with key partners
Requirements
Excellent command of German (C2), both spoken and written, with fluent English (French is a plus)
SaaS experience required
Experience in channel management, business development or ERP/Finance software
Understanding of technical integrations (ERPs, CRMs, travel systems, etc.)
Autonomous, structured, responsible and execution-oriented
Excellent representation and negotiation skills
Comfortable working in the field and representing N2F within the ecosystem
