About the role

  • Channel Manager responsible for partner recruitment and ecosystem development for N2JSoft's SaaS fintech solutions in Germany. Collaborating with Sales and Marketing to drive partner-led go-to-market strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Recruit, onboard and develop a strong ecosystem of ERP partners, accounting firms, VARs, IT service providers and business travel partners
  • Apply and execute N2F's local partner strategy
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product and cross-functional teams to build a partner-led go-to-market motion
  • Develop and strengthen long-term, trusted relationships with key partners

Requirements

  • Excellent command of German (C2), both spoken and written, with fluent English (French is a plus)
  • SaaS experience required
  • Experience in channel management, business development or ERP/Finance software
  • Understanding of technical integrations (ERPs, CRMs, travel systems, etc.)
  • Autonomous, structured, responsible and execution-oriented
  • Excellent representation and negotiation skills
  • Comfortable working in the field and representing N2F within the ecosystem
