Lead product marketing initiatives for Dotdigital’s marketing automation platform
Become an expert on Dotdigital’s customers (marketers) and the problems our platform solves for them
Turn customer and product knowledge into punchy marketing messaging
Lead go-to-market (internal and external) for new product releases
Monitor industry activity and translate into competitive insights and battlecards
Create and update marketing materials (presentations, one pagers, fact sheets, etc) for sales, partnerships and customer success teams
Tailor messaging and content to support the needs of global teams and customers
Send service communications, translating technical updates into clear language
Work closely with Customer Marketing on plans to drive usage of platform features
Build relationships with product, marketing, sales, partner and customer success teams
Proactively evaluate the impact of work based on agreed KPIs and customer feedback
Requirements
3 years+ working in a MarTech environment
Understanding the ins and outs of marketing automation platforms and the needs of marketing teams using these tools
Experience working in a marketing role, where you’ve had to create marketing materials, write messaging and send comms
Confidence working with tech including Powerpoint, Hubspot (or similar CRMs), Intercom, Adobe InDesign, Zoom, Dropbox, Outlook and Dotdigital (full training will be provided)
Love collaborating and working with people across all teams, at all levels
Curious and enjoy learning about our platform and the wider MarTech industry
Great at prioritisation, effectively managing your daily workload based on impact and effort
Strong project and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to flag risks early
Superb communication skills (verbal and written) and presentation skills
