About the role

  • Build and execute marketing strategies for Xolo’s business admin products
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, BI, and Growth teams to align messaging
  • Ensure effective launch, communication, and adoption of new features
  • Develop and implement organic growth strategies
  • Build and manage partnership programs
  • Analyze performance and experiment with new organic channels
  • Lead and mentor a team of product marketing managers.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of marketing experience in SaaS, tech, or B2C digital products
  • Strong expertise in organic acquisition (SEO, AEO/GEO, content, affiliates)
  • Hands-on experience managing campaigns and partner programs
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Analytical mindset, comfortable interpreting BI dashboards and marketing performance data
  • Leadership experience with small cross-functional teams.
