Senior Product Marketing Manager at Pennylane orchestrating GTM activities for Financial Services track. Aiming to enhance adoption and revenue for innovative financial solutions.
Responsibilities
Own and orchestrate all GTM activities for feature launches (from scoping, stakeholder mapping, planning, execution to post-launch feedback and iteration).
Scale enablement and drive cross-team alignment: create playbooks, battlecards, pitch decks and training programs that make every customer-facing team “go-to-market ready”, ensuring everyone knows what to pitch, to whom and how.
Ensure every launch translates into measurable adoption and revenue, with full-funnel tracking (acquisition ➔ activation ➔ adoption) and systematic feedback loop.
Challenge and improve existing GTM playbooks to fit a fast‑scaling Financial Services track.
Identify, analyze and solve blockers to adoption and revenue (acquisition friction, activation gaps, messaging issues, etc.).
Requirements
To speak English (level is assessed and appreciated according to the department you’re applying to)
To be energized by an ever-shifting work environment
To be highly collaborative (within your team or other stakeholders)
Sufficiently experienced to prioritize business-led actions on your day to day activity
Strong experiences in Product Marketing and GTM execution for complex launches (ideally in B2B SaaS / Fintech)
Ownership: you lead autonomously, challenge assumptions and align cross-functional stakeholders in a fast‑changing environment.
Storytelling: you turn technical features into compelling, segment‑specific narratives and pitches.
Business & results‑oriented: you focus on what drives adoption, revenue and measurable impact with defined success metrics.
Fluent in French and English (written and spoken).
