About the role

  • As part of Summit project, the Product Marketing Manager designs and implements comprehensive product strategy and go to market tactics to drive features implementation and adoption across EMEA countries business units and customers.
  • Design product vision (3-5 years) and long-term product roadmap (12 months) for the Edenred mobility product (ex. fuel, toll, EV) and dedicated applications (Fleet Manager web platform, Driver mobile app) in PMM scope
  • Cooperate closely with Lead Product Manager and his/her team execute product strategy within short term product roadmap (3 to 6 months)
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, competitive threats, and emerging opportunities
  • Per country, customer segment, product and application define value proposition and attached applications functional scope
  • Achieve deep customers & users problems understanding through research, interviews, surveys in cooperations with product, sales and customer excellence teams
  • Design & execute go to market tactic for feature/application launches, including coordinating with sales and marketing teams to ensure its success
  • Lead Product Training Manager to deliver product marketing materials , including product documentation, training materials, webinar, needed to execute go to market
  • Monitor and analyze features/application performance metrics , adjusting strategies as needed to achieve business objectives
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders customers , partners , and internal teams .

Requirements

  • >3 years in PMM position or similar (experienced in tech scale up and/or strategy consulting firm is a plus)
  • Product strategy, market research methodologies, digital marketing strategies, product lifecycle management.
  • Education : Master or bachelor’s degree in business administration, Industrial Engineering or Information Technology
  • Demonstrating : Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and support data-driven recommendation in front of Senior managers
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Proven experience in product strategy, product marketing and strategic planning.
  • Familiarity with tech product lifecycle management tools and methodologies.
  • Knowledge of market research techniques and competitive analysis.
  • Languages required : excellent English, German and/or Italian is a plus
