About the role

  • Collaborate with the product team and support preliminary discussions by defining market problems, conducting win/loss analysis, and analysing the competitive landscape
  • Develop compelling sales tools, training materials, and customer-facing collateral
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales and customer success, to ensure cohesive strategies and execution
  • Craft clear and compelling product positioning and messaging that resonates with target audiences
  • Develop and maintain positioning and messaging frameworks (Jobs-To-Be-Done, Personas, Ideal Customer Profiles, message maps)
  • Maintain deep understanding of customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape to inform product messaging
  • Create and manage a consistent and effective product story across all marketing channels and touchpoints
  • Partner with the demand generation team to develop and execute marketing campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline growth
  • Track and analyse key performance metrics to measure effectiveness of product marketing initiatives and optimise strategies
  • Support regional marketing teams with tailored strategies and materials
  • Build relationships with key customers to gather insights, testimonials, and case studies
  • Develop and execute customer engagement programs to enhance customer satisfaction, retention, and advocacy

Requirements

  • 6+ years’ experience in product marketing or a related role
  • SaaS experience strongly preferred
  • B2B experience is a must-have
  • Experience in working with international teams with effective cross-cultural communications
  • Demonstrated experience and success in developing high-performing sales engagement content and programs
  • Ability to work independently, with strong decision-making and communication skills
  • Demonstrated success in developing strong working relationships and influencing key stakeholders
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decision-making
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Complete professional proficiency in English and fluency in either native Dutch or French
