Collaborate with the product team and support preliminary discussions by defining market problems, conducting win/loss analysis, and analysing the competitive landscape
Develop compelling sales tools, training materials, and customer-facing collateral
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales and customer success, to ensure cohesive strategies and execution
Craft clear and compelling product positioning and messaging that resonates with target audiences
Develop and maintain positioning and messaging frameworks (Jobs-To-Be-Done, Personas, Ideal Customer Profiles, message maps)
Maintain deep understanding of customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape to inform product messaging
Create and manage a consistent and effective product story across all marketing channels and touchpoints
Partner with the demand generation team to develop and execute marketing campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline growth
Track and analyse key performance metrics to measure effectiveness of product marketing initiatives and optimise strategies
Support regional marketing teams with tailored strategies and materials
Build relationships with key customers to gather insights, testimonials, and case studies
Develop and execute customer engagement programs to enhance customer satisfaction, retention, and advocacy
Requirements
6+ years’ experience in product marketing or a related role
SaaS experience strongly preferred
B2B experience is a must-have
Experience in working with international teams with effective cross-cultural communications
Demonstrated experience and success in developing high-performing sales engagement content and programs
Ability to work independently, with strong decision-making and communication skills
Demonstrated success in developing strong working relationships and influencing key stakeholders
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decision-making
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Complete professional proficiency in English and fluency in either native Dutch or French
