About the role

  • Take charge of developing and delivering a content strategy that truly connects with local audiences.
  • Plan and create engaging content across the platform, from banners and promotions to brand campaigns.
  • Work closely with the Marketing, Design, and Operations teams to bring ideas to life.
  • Use market insights and data to spot key sports moments and guide creative execution.
  • Ensure all copy is clear, engaging, and locally relevant.

Requirements

  • Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Adminsitration or related fields.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in content coordination.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in copywriting.
  • Bilingual: Native Spanish and fluent English (spoken and written) – mandatory.
  • Strong coordination and leadership skills, able to manage multiple projects and align cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent understanding of the local iGaming industry - both on real esports and casino.
  • Deep knowledge of key sports calendars in the country.
  • Exceptional communication and organization skills to deal with internal and global stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure while maintaining high content quality.
  • Hands on, proactive, and creative, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
