About the role

  • Providing high-level support including diary and inbox management, travel coordination (including complex international itineraries), expenses, and meeting logistics.
  • Preparing agendas and capturing outcomes from meetings.
  • Approve workday requests and expense approval along with Raising PO’s on behalf of the Director.
  • Managing sensitive information with tact and confidentiality.
  • Coordinating with a wider PA team to ensure seamless support and coverage.
  • Organising venues and logistics for team events, sometimes for up to 200 people.
  • Supporting the team with reminders, planning, and enabling them to meet deadlines and governance requirements.
  • Confident in managing schedules and boundaries, able to recognise when the day needs to pause and ensure time is protected for strategic focus.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a PA at Director or Executive level.
  • Confidence working in a fast-paced, change-oriented environment.
  • Exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset.
  • Strong relationship-building skills, friendly, supportive, and able to navigate complexity.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.
  • A pragmatic, flexible attitude and a calm approach under pressure.
