About the role

  • Secrétaire de direction soutenant la direction pour la gestion administrative de la Résidence de l'Amandier. Coordination avec équipes, gestion de dossiers, et respect de la confidentialité.

Responsibilities

  • Assist and support the facility management and its team in all material, logistical, organizational, and administrative matters
  • Optimize the management of the facility's administrative activities
  • Organize the flow of internal and external information
  • Ensure communication with field teams
  • Ensure compliance with confidentiality rules
  • Greet visitors and handle telephone reception
  • Manage personnel files
  • Process billing for stay fees
  • Coordinate temporary admissions outside the facility
  • Draft various reports and institutional documents

Requirements

  • At least a high school diploma (Baccalauréat)
  • Professional experience in a secretarial role
  • Good knowledge of the health, social and medico-social sector (preferred)
  • Strong organizational skills and a methodical approach
  • General and technical knowledge of administrative and secretarial tasks
  • Good interpersonal skills and experience working with people with disabilities
