Responsibilities

  • Ensure a welcoming reception and direct patients and visitors
  • Manage telephone calls and handle information requests
  • Register and manage patient records
  • Contribute to general administrative management and office secretarial tasks for the facility

Requirements

  • Diploma in medical secretarial studies
  • Experience with HEXALIS software highly desirable
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage priorities
  • Versatility and accuracy in administrative tasks
  • Availability and discretion when dealing with patients
  • Good knowledge of IT tools (Word, Excel, Outlook)
