Responsibilities

You are the expert for your clients on all matters related to their Amazon Sponsored Ads campaigns.
You advise your clients and work with them to develop the right strategy and concepts to achieve their goals.
In regular calls, you discuss individual goals, initiatives, and results with your German and international clients.
You identify the to-dos, prioritize your tasks, and independently structure your workflows across multiple clients.
As a key stakeholder for our product management, you surface customer feedback and actively support product development.
Requirements
You have a completed degree in business, media, or communications, or a comparable commercial qualification.
You have already gained experience in online marketing (e.g., Amazon Advertising, Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
You enjoy working with clients and present yourself confidently and professionally.
You put the customer first.
With passion, a structured working style, and a high degree of initiative, you deliver outstanding customer satisfaction.
Confident use of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with common marketing KPIs are required.
Communication in German and English is not a problem for you.
You are willing to work in our hybrid model, both in the office (3 days per week) and from home.
