About the role

  • Support paid acquisition across Google Ads, Universal App Campaigns (UAC), Apple Search Ads, Microsoft Ads, and YouTube
  • Scale spend efficiently against strict CAC and LTV goals
  • Shape roadmap and build best-in-class campaign structures
  • Build and manage a rigorous testing framework across keywords, copy, targeting, creatives, and bidding strategies
  • Partner with creative teams to brief and optimise creative assets for UAC & YouTube
  • Monitor campaign performance daily/weekly, optimising against CAC, ROAS, and LTV goals
  • Troubleshoot tracking, attribution, and signal issues (AppsFlyer, S2S integrations, SKAN)
  • Evolve measurement frameworks to validate incremental impact across channels
  • Report on performance and share learnings with the wider business
  • Work closely with creative, product and analytics teams to maximise impact

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience running Google Ads, UAC, and/or Apple Search Ads for a mobile app or subscription-based business
  • Proven success managing seven-figure annual budgets efficiently at scale
  • Deep understanding of paid search mechanics (keywords, match types, bidding, automation)
  • Familiarity with the nuances of iOS and Android app campaigns (including Web2App and SKAN)
  • Experience with YouTube campaigns for performance
  • Proficiency with AppsFlyer (or another MMP)
  • Strong analytical mindset, with focus on CAC, ROAS, LTV, and subscriber growth
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
