Responsibilities

Optimierung des CRM (HubSpot) und Implementierung von Marketing-Prozessen.
Verantwortung für die Optimierung des bestehenden CRMs HubSpot als zentraler Hub für alle Marketing-Prozesse & Daten.
Optimierung und Erstellung von Kontakt- und Deal-Pipelines, Automatisierungen, Workflows und Lead-Scoring-Modellen.
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Sales, Marketing und Operations zur Sicherstellung einer sauberen Datenqualität und reibungsloser Prozesse.
Steuerung und Erfolgskontrolle von Paid-Kampagnen (z. B. Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads) gemeinsam mit unserer externen Performance-Agentur.
Requirements
Abgeschlossenes Studium in Wirtschaft, Marketing, Data Analytics oder vergleichbar.
Erste praktische Erfahrung im Performance Marketing oder Growth-Bereich, idealerweise in einem Startup.
Ausgeprägte Kenntnisse in Hubspot.
Sehr gute analytische Fähigkeiten, sicherer Umgang mit Tools wie Excel, Google Analytics, Data Studio/Looker.
Proaktive, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise.
Affinität für datenbasierte Entscheidungen und Lust, Dinge hands-on umzusetzen.
