About the role

  • You manage our performance channels and take responsibility for the day-to-day handling of campaigns on Amazon, Meta or Google — from creation and testing through to optimization.
  • You analyze campaign performance, evaluate KPIs and derive concrete measures for improvement — all based on data, not gut feeling.
  • You contribute your own ideas, test new approaches and continually look out for trends and opportunities to make our brand even more visible.
  • You work closely with the design team to develop creative ad assets that not only look great but also convert.
  • You conduct market and competitor analyses and help us identify new opportunities to get the most out of every advertising budget.

Requirements

  • You already have practical experience in performance marketing — for example with Amazon, Meta or Google Ads — and understand what it takes to run successful campaigns.
  • Numbers, data and KPIs are your thing. You enjoy working analytically, have a strong grasp of how things link together and can translate reports into concrete recommendations for action.
  • Excel or Google Sheets are part of your daily toolkit — you’re comfortable working with formulas, pivot tables & Co.
  • You are familiar with Meta, Google or Amazon Ads. You don’t need to be an expert in everything, but you should have a solid foundation and a desire to continue developing your skills.
  • Taking ownership comes naturally to you. You don’t need micromanagement — you take tasks on yourself and drive them forward.
  • You have an instinct for advertising and strike the right balance between analytical thinking and creative sensitivity.
  • You are a team player and enjoy collaborating with colleagues from design, marketing and product development.
  • We don’t just assign tasks — we entrust you with responsibility, so self-motivation, discipline and a strong sense of accountability are important.

Benefits

  • Flexible working — after an onboarding period you can work from wherever you prefer in coordination with the team. Regular office visits are welcome.
  • Flat hierarchies and strong team spirit: we celebrate our successes. Expect knowledge-sharing events, mulled-wine evenings, BBQs and more.
  • We place great importance on your professional development and provide the financial and time resources to support it.
  • On top: 30 days of vacation
