About the role

  • Senior Paid Media Specialist with strong analytical skills managing paid acquisition campaigns for B2B SaaS. Focused on optimizing channels and driving pipeline growth for the US market.

Responsibilities

  • Own the paid acquisition engine end-to-end: planning, execution, optimization, scaling.
  • Architect a clean, scalable campaign structure aligned with trial/QL goals.
  • Manage pacing, forecasting, and budget efficiency with clear guardrails.
  • Run funnel experiments.
  • Partner with Content, Video, Design, and Marketing Automation to improve conversion across the journey.
  • Maintain tracking hygiene (GA4, BigQuery, GTM, UTMs) and enhance attribution quality.
  • Deliver clear, actionable insights — what happened, why, and what we change next.

Requirements

  • 4–6+ years running high-ownership paid acquisition for B2B SaaS.
  • Strong proficiency in Google Ads (Search/PMAX), Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Demonstrated ability to reduce CAC and scale profitable channels.
  • Strong analytical capabilities: diagnosing issues, proposing fixes, and acting fast.
  • Practical experience with GA4, Looker/Tableau, UTMs, and conversion tracking.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally.
  • Ownership mindset — you take responsibility for outcomes, not tasks.
