About the role

  • Performance Marketing Manager driving digital growth through online marketing campaigns for CUJU. Focused on user acquisition and optimization of performance marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

  • You will drive CUJU's digital growth
  • Create and optimize data-driven online marketing campaigns across multiple platforms
  • Monitor cost-per-acquisition metrics (CPI, CPL, etc.) and optimize budget allocation
  • Build marketing funnels and campaigns to activate users of the CUJU app
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Content, Product, Data, etc.)
  • Conduct market benchmarking and user persona and competitor analyses

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in Paid Media/Performance Marketing
  • Strong knowledge of tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads Manager
  • Highly analytical mindset with solid expertise in tracking, analytics tools, and Excel
  • Data-driven decision-making skills and experience with performance KPIs
  • Degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, or a related field
  • Fluent German and English (Portuguese is a plus)
