Responsibilities
You will drive CUJU's digital growth
Create and optimize data-driven online marketing campaigns across multiple platforms
Monitor cost-per-acquisition metrics (CPI, CPL, etc.) and optimize budget allocation
Build marketing funnels and campaigns to activate users of the CUJU app
Collaborate with internal teams (Content, Product, Data, etc.)
Conduct market benchmarking and user persona and competitor analyses
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in Paid Media/Performance Marketing
Strong knowledge of tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads Manager
Highly analytical mindset with solid expertise in tracking, analytics tools, and Excel
Data-driven decision-making skills and experience with performance KPIs
Degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, or a related field
Fluent German and English (Portuguese is a plus)
