About the role

  • You support the creation and management of performance campaigns on Amazon, Meta, and Google — from setup through testing to optimization.
  • You analyze campaign KPIs, identify patterns, and derive concrete improvements.
  • You develop new ideas, experiment boldly, and help us capitalize on trends early.
  • You conduct small market and competitor analyses and help us use our advertising budget more strategically.

Requirements

  • Some experience in performance marketing is a plus — internships, university projects, or your own ads are perfectly acceptable.
  • KPIs, data, and numbers don't intimidate you. You want to understand why something works.
  • You are comfortable with Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Basic knowledge of Meta, Google, or Amazon Ads is a plus. A willingness to learn is required.
  • You take ownership and are proactive — you get things done rather than waiting.
  • You have a good sense for advertising — a mix of analytical and creative thinking.
  • You are a team player and eager to collaborate with design, content, and product teams.
  • You are reliable, motivated, and want to develop further — both personally and professionally.
  • You can work at least 15 hours per week.
