About the role

  • Performance Marketing Manager leading CNS Media’s Paid Media function and overseeing a team of specialists. Driving client success and team development across various platforms in a strategic role.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop the Paid Media team, providing coaching, 1:1s, appraisals, and clear progression pathways
  • Own the paid media strategy across Google, Meta, Bing, Tiktok, YouTube, and emerging platforms
  • Translate client business goals into actionable, data-led media strategies
  • Monitor profitability, utilisation, and efficiency across all paid accounts
  • Support new business pitches and upselling opportunities
  • Establish and uphold best practice processes for campaign builds, optimisation, and reporting
  • Drive continuous innovation through testing new platforms, betas, and partnerships

Requirements

  • 5+ years’ experience in Paid Media, with proven team leadership experience
  • Strong strategic thinking and commercial acumen
  • Excellent understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads, Bing, YouTube, TikTok, and performance marketing trends
  • Demonstrable success managing large budgets and delivering measurable ROI
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with a collaborative mindset
  • Experience in an agency environment is highly desirable
