About the role

  • Play a pivotal role in driving the People and Culture strategy across our EU operations
  • Work closely with managers and teams to provide HR expertise and guide employee-related matters

  • Involve in day-to-day HR activities, such as assisting with onboarding and maintaining employee records
  • Coordinate performance reviews and support administrative tasks for HR operations

Requirements

  • A proactive, people-centric professional with 3-5 years of experience in HR and People operations within fast-paced, growing organizations
  • A proactive problem-solver with the ability to anticipate challenges, resolve issues efficiently, and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • A skilled communicator with the ability to build strong relationships
  • A solution-oriented individual with a can-do attitude, always looking for ways to drive positive outcomes
  • Highly organized and capable of managing multiple priorities, keeping a clear focus on delivering impactful results
  • Adaptable and resilient, you thrive in dynamic environments and enjoy the challenge of developing creative solutions to attract and retain top talent
