Work closely with managers and teams to provide HR expertise and guide employee-related matters
Champion initiatives that enhance the overall employee experience
Involve in day-to-day HR activities, such as assisting with onboarding and maintaining employee records
Coordinate performance reviews and support administrative tasks for HR operations
Requirements
A proactive, people-centric professional with 3-5 years of experience in HR and People operations within fast-paced, growing organizations
A proactive problem-solver with the ability to anticipate challenges, resolve issues efficiently, and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
A skilled communicator with the ability to build strong relationships
A solution-oriented individual with a can-do attitude, always looking for ways to drive positive outcomes
Highly organized and capable of managing multiple priorities, keeping a clear focus on delivering impactful results
