Responsibilities
Processos seletivos para vagas operacionais de obras (desde ajudante de obra até Engenheiros), e vagas estratégicas da matriz de todas as áreas;
Publicar as vagas em diferentes plataformas de R&S. Analisar currículos e candidaturas;
Utilizar diferentes estratégias para atrair candidatos, como parcerias com universidades, prefeituras, associação de moradores, sines;
Fazer a busca ativa e filtrar candidatos com base nos requisitos definidos para a posição.;
Conduzir entrevistas por chamada de vídeo e/ou presenciais;
Enviar Feedback aos candidatos sobre o status do processo seletivo;
Monitorar métricas de recrutamento e seleção, como tempo de preenchimento de vagas, fontes de recrutamento mais eficazes, taxa de retenção dos novos contratados;
Atualizar semanalmente controles referente ao andamento dos processos seletivos;
Reuniões semanais com os times de campos e matriz para atualização de todas as vagas;
Apoio em outras frentes da área como ações de clima, cultura e desenvolvimento.
Requirements
Necessário estar cursando graduação em Gestão de RH, Psicologia, Administração, ou áreas correlatas;
Conhecimento nas plataformas Gupy, Catho, Linkedin e Canva;
