Shape and expand dynamic Learning and Development initiatives
Design, develop, and update learning materials, resources, and training to address identified learning needs and objectives
Create engaging and interactive learning experiences, including on demand, virtual and in person instructor-led training, video, and other learning modalities
Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy, relevance and alignment with best practices and industry standards
Facilitate training sessions, ensuring effective delivery of content and engagement of participants
Utilize adult learning principles and instructional design techniques to enhance learning retention and knowledge transfer
Deliver outstanding New Hire Orientation (Bamboo Beginnings) ensuring every team member has a strong start
Manage learning management systems and other training platforms to deliver, track and report on training activities and outcomes
Leverage technology to create innovative and scalable learning solutions
Monitor and evaluate learning effectiveness through assessments, surveys, and feedback mechanisms and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement
Design and implement assessments to measure training effectiveness and learning outcomes
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent
3+ years of related work experience in learning and development, with a focus on instructional design and facilitation
Experience delivering new hire orientation or other live facilitated training experiences
Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and training delivery techniques
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and meet deadlines
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Ability to design engaging and innovative learning experiences
