About the role

  • You are responsible for operational and strategic HR work.
  • You are a knowledgeable point of contact at all times for managers and colleagues on payroll, salary, contract design, labor law and other HR matters.
  • You ensure a professional HR service in all phases of the employee life cycle and coordinate various HR topics from hiring to exit.
  • You are responsible for personnel development through targeted planning and organization of training and continuing education measures.
  • You can proactively participate in new HR initiatives and projects, with the opportunity to build your own areas of responsibility.

Requirements

  • You bring extensive experience in HR administration/HR management and have worked in this field for at least three years.
  • You communicate authentically and on equal terms with various stakeholders and deliver impressive performance.
  • Your strong organizational skills: you can prioritize tasks independently and act quickly and pragmatically when needed.
  • Through your experience, you know how to address daily challenges, solve them and always keep an overview.
  • You are also creative and enjoy trying things out, preferably together with your teammates.
  • You are a great fit if you bring flexibility and agility and don't lose your sense of humor despite a high workload.
  • You enjoy working in a dynamic, family-like environment and welcome new challenges.
