Responsibilities
Build and Lead the People Function: Establish and scale voize’s People organization from the ground up - defining the strategy, structure, and processes that will shape our culture and employee experience as we grow.
Design a Global Employment and Compliance Structure: Ensure voize can attract and retain top talent globally, with an initial focus on Germany and the US.
Learning, Growth & Performance: Design and implement programs that foster continuous learning, leadership development, and skill-building.
People Analytics & Data-Driven Decision Making: Use data to inform people strategy.
Champion an AI-First Approach: Leverage AI tools and automation to optimize people operations and help the organisation to become AI first.
Diversity, Equity & Inclusion: Develop initiatives that foster diversity, equity, and inclusion across all teams. Ensure voize’s culture supports belonging, fairness, and representation as we scale internationally.
Employee Voice & Culture: Create mechanisms that ensure every team member’s voice is heard. Foster a culture of openness, inclusion, and trust across distributed teams.
Scaling & International Growth: Partner with our Talent Acquisition Lead and manage the people aspects of scaling - evolving organizational design, processes, and systems as voize grows internationally while preserving our culture and agility.
Requirements
You’ve experienced hypergrowth firsthand: You’ve been part of a fast-scaling startup and understand what it takes to build and evolve people systems, a high-performance culture, and structure during rapid change.
You thrive in international environments: You’re comfortable navigating different markets, time zones, and employment landscapes, ideally with experience across Europe and the US.
You’ve led or helped shape a People function: You’ve either built and led the People/HR organization yourself or served as a trusted right hand to an exceptional People leader, learning how to scale a high-impact team and function.
You’re deeply committed to Diversity, Equity & Inclusion: You care about building equitable systems, diverse teams, and an environment where everyone belongs — and have proven experience turning that commitment into action.
Strategic mindset, hands-on approach: You can zoom out to design long-term people strategy while staying close to execution when needed.
