About the role

  • Assistente de Recursos Humanos supporting HR operations including admissions and documentation at LUMINI, a consulting firm in São Paulo.

Responsibilities

  • Handle the process of requesting onboarding documents from new employees and verify documentation
  • Assist with employee timekeeping and attendance control, checking hours worked, absences and tardiness
  • Assist with organizing and filing employee-related documents, ensuring the security and confidentiality of information
  • Support employee communications, answering questions about benefits, internal policies and procedures
  • Assist in preparing departmental reports
  • Participate in training and development to improve HR knowledge and skills
  • Perform other administrative and operational tasks as required and as directed by the immediate supervisor
