About the role

Responsibilities
- Support employees and managers by handling HR enquiries escalated to the Employee Lifecycle Team
- Own and deliver casework across all stages of the employee lifecycle with accuracy and care
- Ensure processes comply with business standards and all relevant legislation, including data protection and employment law
- Resolve payroll queries in collaboration with Payroll and Time and Attendance teams
- Maintain employee benefits records and liaise with providers to support a seamless employee experience
Requirements
- Previous experience in a fast-paced HR or employee support role
- Strong time-management skills with an organised, methodical approach
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Excellent interpersonal skills and confidence communicating with colleagues at all levels
- A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
- Standard Grades including English and Mathematics
- CIPD Level 3 (advantageous but not essential)
