Responsibilities

  • Partner with business leaders to co-design and enable People & Culture solutions
  • Use data, analytics and insights to anticipate workforce trends
  • Equip leaders with the frameworks, tools, and confidence to manage their teams effectively
  • Lead performance, succession, and talent processes
  • Partner with leaders to design structures that enhance efficiency, collaboration, and scalability
  • Manage and advise on complex or high-risk employee matters

Requirements

  • Strong commercial acumen and the ability to translate business strategy into People outcomes.
  • Advanced capability in using data and AI tools to inform decisions and streamline people processes.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Proven ability to coach and challenge leaders constructively.
  • Knowledge of organization design, change management, and talent development principles.
