- Responsible for a litigation caseload in consumer and civil law
- Drafting all pleadings and filings for the caseload

Requirements
- Active OAB/SP registration
- Law degree (complete); postgraduate specialization in the field preferred
- Knowledge of Consumer and Civil Law
- Experience with Civil Procedure (mandatory)
- Strong writing skills and legal reasoning are essential
- Ability to work well in a team
- Good communication skills and professional demeanor
- Ability to handle large volumes of work and urgent demands
