About the role

Responsibilities
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating practical, business-oriented contract solutions (e.g., sales, service, supply, license, and framework agreements)
- Advising business units on legal and contractual matters — focusing on pragmatic courses of action
- Balancing risk mitigation with business objectives: identifying and prioritizing risks and finding solutions acceptable to all parties
- Developing and improving standardized contract templates and clauses
- Collaborating with Legal, Sales, Product and Project Management — even when interests diverge
- Training and raising awareness among relevant employees on legal topics — practical and easy to understand
Requirements
- Degree in Law, Business Law, or an equivalent qualification
- Minimum 2 years' experience in contract law and/or IT law, ideally in a dynamic corporate environment
- Practical, solution-oriented mindset
- Strong communication skills, confidence, and the ability to assert your position even in discussions with traditional legal viewpoints
- Interest in business and technical contexts and the ability to quickly grasp complex issues
- Structured and goal-oriented working style
- Negotiation-level proficiency in German and English
