About the role

• In-House Counsel managing legal documentation and compliance for an ad tech company. Collaborating with internal stakeholders and ensuring legal compliance across jurisdictions.

Responsibilities

• Preparing, processing, coordinating and assisting with documentation for the group’s entities. In particular, working on commercial contracts with clients (agencies and advertisers) and vendors in different jurisdictions
• Ensuring consistency in documentation throughout the regions and compliance with local-specific regulations
• Creating and updating of procedures and documentation templates
• Preparing reports, analyses, summaries etc. for the internal needs of the group’s companies
• Monitoring changes in the law which may apply to the business of the group’s companies
• Cooperating with respect to particular Compliance matters
• Providing legal support to the group’s stakeholders and employees on related matters
• Cooperating with Head of Legal Business Operations, legal, corporate and privacy team members, and other teams, in particular the sales and financial / tax departments

Requirements

• Approx. 3-6 years of experience in legal practice, preferably an international in-house experience, ideally within the ad tech industry
• Experience in working in an international environment in different jurisdictions
• Thorough knowledge and understanding of law and practical aspects, especially with special regard to commercial contracts, intellectual property, agency collaboration, and advertising market regulations
• Fluent in Polish and a strong command of English in speaking and writing (min. C1)
• Knowledge of other foreign languages (especially Spanish) would be an additional asset
• Practical knowledge of MS Office and G-suite tools
• Good communication skills and ability to present legal opinion in a short and simplified manner
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to prioritize tasks and proper judgement
• Proactiveness and flexibility
• Ability to meet deadlines and reliability in work performance
