About the role

  • Campaign management: Plan, set up, and manage paid search campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising and other platforms (Search, Shopping, Display).
  • Keyword strategy: Conduct ongoing keyword research and optimization to maximize campaign reach and relevance.
  • Performance analysis: Monitor KPIs and campaign performance, providing actionable insights to improve ROI and achieve client goals.
  • Budget optimization: Manage and optimize campaign budgets to deliver cost efficiency and performance.
  • A/B testing & optimization: Test ad copy, bidding strategies, and landing pages to continuously improve campaign outcomes.
  • Client communication: Act as a reliable partner for clients, providing regular updates, transparent reporting, and strategic recommendations.
  • Market & competitor analysis: Stay up to date with digital advertising trends, platforms, and competitors to identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with SEO, account management, and cross-functional teams to deliver integrated digital marketing solutions.

Requirements

  • Degree in marketing, communications, business administration or a related field
  • 2–4 years of experience in paid search / performance marketing
  • Proven track record in setting up, optimizing, and scaling Google Ads & Microsoft Advertising campaigns
  • Strong knowledge of Google Analytics/GA4, Tag Manager, Search Console
  • Familiarity with remarketing, shopping campaigns, and audience targeting strategies
  • Excellent analytical skills and a data-driven mindset
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Effective communicator with strong presentation skills
  • Team player who actively shares knowledge and contributes to collaborative success
  • Language skills: German (native or fluent) and very good English are required
  • Google Ads certifications are a plus
