Responsibilities
Structure and evolve the T&D (Training & Development) plan based on business needs and the strategic drivers of the company culture;
Develop, organize, and implement learning paths, training projects, and development programs;
Training KPI management: monitor and analyze the effectiveness of development initiatives using HR/Organizational Development indicators;
Support the structuring of performance cycles and Individual Development Plans (IDPs), ensuring linkage between performance evaluations and development;
Manage LMS tools: select, organize, and make learning content available on our platforms;
Support employees' learning journeys with a focus on experience and engagement, promoting a learning culture;
Manage external training vendors and oversee execution and quality of deliverables;
Work in synergy with the Culture team to ensure the embodiment of desired values and behaviors in development activities;
Contribute to various projects and initiatives within the department.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields;
Experience in Training & Development or related areas;
Strong knowledge of teaching methodologies and performance evaluation tools;
Familiarity with Individual Development Plans (IDPs);
Ability to analyze data and metrics to assess the effectiveness of training programs and make evidence-based decisions;
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate teams.
