Responsibilities
Partner with Global Talent Development Lead to design, develop, and deliver global talent programs
Drive communication activities related to talent programs
Collaborate with colleagues globally to understand business needs
Organise project teams, assign responsibilities and develop project schedules
Apply project management and learning development tools
Travelling to facilitate programs outside of Denmark
Requirements
Relevant academic degree in HR, Organisation, Psychology, Business Administration, or similar
Hands-on experience in building leadership or talent development programs
Strong project management skills
Ability to manage cross-functional projects
Understanding of orchestrating senior stakeholders
Strong facilitation skills and understanding of learning methodologies
Experience from a global organisation is an advantage
People Management experience is an advantage
Fluent in English
Proactive and resourceful with a strong can-do attitude
Excellent communication, collaboration and stakeholder management skills
Ability to set clear goals and provide a strong sense of purpose for the project
