Responsibilities
Partners with the Site Director and Site Leadership Team to develop and execute a comprehensive learning strategy
Designs, governs, and sustains a structured training system covering onboarding, upskilling, certification, SME development, and long-term career growth
Owns the technical training framework, process, and governance
Develops and manages SME and OJT trainer certification programs
Maintains accurate training records and capability metrics
Researches and recommends new training platforms/tools that enhance learning
Promotes a strong learning culture supporting performance, safety, and growth
Oversees onboarding programs and compliance training
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Education, Industrial Engineering, or related field
3–5 years of experience in a multinational manufacturing environment (Nutrition, Pharmaceutical, Food Industry preferred)
Strong capability in designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs
Strong leadership, facilitation, and communication skills
Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Experience with modern and traditional training methods (OJT, classroom, digital)
Ability to influence across levels and functions
