About the role
- Learning and Development Lead responsible for developing training strategies and governance at Mead Johnson Nutrition in Singapore. Collaborating with leadership to enhance workforce capability and performance.
Responsibilities
- Partners with the Site Director and Site Leadership Team to develop and execute a comprehensive learning strategy
- Designs, governs, and sustains a structured training system covering onboarding, upskilling, certification, SME development, and long-term career growth
- Owns the technical training framework, process, and governance
- Develops and manages SME and OJT trainer certification programs
- Maintains accurate training records and capability metrics
- Researches and recommends new training platforms/tools that enhance learning
- Promotes a strong learning culture supporting performance, safety, and growth
- Oversees onboarding programs and compliance training
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Education, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in a multinational manufacturing environment (Nutrition, Pharmaceutical, Food Industry preferred)
- Strong capability in designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs
- Strong leadership, facilitation, and communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Experience with modern and traditional training methods (OJT, classroom, digital)
- Ability to influence across levels and functions
