Requirements

  • Minimum of 7–10 years of experience in talent management, human resources, learning and development, or related fields.
  • Proven expertise in designing and implementing comprehensive talent lifecycle programs.
  • Demonstrated experience integrating AI-powered tools and analytics into talent initiatives.
  • Strong strategic thinking and business acumen.
  • Proven ability to build relationships and collaborate cross-functionally.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • High adaptability and innovation mindset.
