About the role

  • Plan and run customer onboardings end-to-end (kickoff → go-live → adoption).
  • Configure and troubleshoot integrations; keep data flows secure and reliable.
  • Create clear customer-facing guides and training assets; turn fixes into playbooks.
  • Track milestones and risks with impeccable hygiene.
  • Partner with our Product and Engineering teams to surface onboarding insights that improve UX and adoption.

Requirements

  • 3+ years leading B2B customer onboarding/implementation or CS in fintech/regulated SaaS; hands-on with integrations.
  • Comfortable with OAuth/SFTP/API keys, data imports, and workflow automation; tooling like ClickUp/Pylon/HubSpot (or equivalents).
  • Familiarity with accounting/tax/payroll, GL, or HRIS ecosystems is a plus; CPA background earns extra points.
