About the role

  • Build trusted relationships with customers across Western and South Australia in the Oil & Gas, Mining, Chemical, and other industries.
  • Promote Emerson’s Process Systems and Solutions (PSS)—including Control & Safety Systems and Industrial Software—to modernize operations and expand our DeltaV systems.
  • Engage with EPCs, OEMs, and business partners through face-to-face meetings, virtual interactions, and strategic collaboration.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to grow our install base and win new business.
  • Lead product demonstrations, roadshows, and marketing events that showcase Emerson’s innovation.
  • Provide expert technical support and pricing guidance to customers and partners.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends through market analysis and competitive research.

Requirements

  • A degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Proven sales experience in process automation.
  • Hands-on knowledge of Basic Process Control Systems, Safety Instrumented Systems, and Programmable Logic Controller.
  • Familiarity with sales budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Valid work visa
