Responsibilities
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through regular communication
Acquire, plan and oversee service assignments
Actively sell the full GEA service portfolio
Plan and implement modernization and retrofit projects
Provide technical support to internal and external partners
Conduct targeted and regular customer visits to provide technical advice
Ensure compliance with quality, safety and work regulations
Requirements
Completed technical training in refrigeration technology or an equivalent qualification
Professional experience in maintenance, inspection and repair of industrial refrigeration units and systems
Strong service and customer orientation
Good technical knowledge, especially in control and regulation/automation technology
Confident handling of technical documentation and digital tools
Independent and structured working style, combined with flexibility and willingness to travel
Willingness to travel within the DACH region
Excellent German and good English language skills
