About the role

  • Marketing Operations Manager at Signet Jewelers responsible for leading marketing initiatives and ensuring project executions. Requires strong project management skills in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Capture details around project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders
  • Develop detailed project plans and manage execution across creative, digital, content, and product marketing teams with Sr. Director
  • Monitor progress and adjust plans as needed to meet deadlines and objectives
  • Resolve conflicts and remove roadblocks to keep projects on track
  • Build and manage timelines in Smartsheet to ensure Marketing projects hit targeted in-marketing dates
  • Identify opportunities for improvements for campaign development, creative production, and approvals
  • Light budget assistance may be required

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in project management, preferably within a marketing or creative environment
  • Ability to demonstrate outstanding organizational skills
  • Strong knowledge for Microsoft Excel is a must
  • Excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Must be detail oriented while demonstrating passion, energy, and high integrity
  • Ability to work independently and collectively across departments
  • Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office applications.; Smartsheet or project management tool experience
