Responsibilities
Develop and execute global marketing and internal communication campaigns, working closely with sales, digital marketing and content teams
Leading and developing a truly international network of marketing professionals
Planning and managing the execution of over 150 events and exhibitions per year
Act as a hands-on regional marketing manager for the EMEA north region overseeing a team of marketing and sales support professionals
Create, standardize and deploy processes, define metrics to measure the return on investment of planned marketing activities globally
Requirements
A proven track record in delivering global marketing campaigns, with 5 years in a leadership position
Demonstrable experience in managing international tradeshows and B2B campaigns
Ideally experience within a global industrial engineering environment
To be an inspiring, hands-on leader, mentoring talent and building a high performing teams
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a matrix organization
Strategic thinker with a customer-oriented approach and strong analytical skills
