About the role

  • Regularly monitor sports news, matches, competitors and market trends
  • Develop and deploy a customer engagement strategy across multiple touchpoints, inside and outside the app (notifications, emails, content)
  • Write compelling, relevant and enticing content aligned with the brand and products to spark player interest
  • Collaborate with all marketing teams to create innovative concepts
  • Monitor and report on marketing activities in line with the overall strategy
  • Propose creative ideas to strengthen Betclic’s presence in the sports space
  • Maintain continuous monitoring of sports news, trends and competitors to adjust the strategy
  • This role includes on-call duties (weekday evenings and 2 weekends per month), with appropriate compensation and compensatory time off.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in marketing or equivalent
  • Experience in digital marketing, content marketing or marketing operations, ideally in the sports, betting or gaming sectors
  • Genuine passion for sport
  • Excellent copywriting skills, with the ability to create engaging and persuasive content
  • A strong feel for persuasive communication, with a playful or alluring tone
  • Creative, proactive and a strong team player
  • Nice to have: knowledge of the betting industry, its challenges and conventions
