- Senior Manager for Retail Marketing Operations driving dealership performance through innovative strategies. Collaborating with leaders to boost customer loyalty and long-term growth across dealerships.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a regional team of up to 10 Retail Marketing Operations Managers and Project Managers
- Drive regional performance across customer loyalty, satisfaction, sales, aftersales growth, and profitability
- Own the effectiveness of marketing initiatives as reflected in key company metrics
- Design and execute marketing strategies that strengthen long-term customer relationships
- Build and maintain strong OEM relationships at both regional and national levels
- Guide teams using customer insights, analytics, and market intelligence.
- Deliver data-driven recommendations based on customer behavior and performance trends
- Partner with LAD Marketing teams and external agencies to develop impactful, customer-focused campaigns
- Monitor market conditions and industry trends to continuously improve strategies
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Advertising, or equivalent experience
- Strong knowledge of automotive retail, dealership operations, and automotive marketing
- Experience with Google Analytics, CRM platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Proven ability to analyze data and measure marketing ROI
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
