Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and develop a regional team of up to 10 Retail Marketing Operations Managers and Project Managers
Drive regional performance across customer loyalty, satisfaction, sales, aftersales growth, and profitability
Own the effectiveness of marketing initiatives as reflected in key company metrics
Design and execute marketing strategies that strengthen long-term customer relationships
Build and maintain strong OEM relationships at both regional and national levels
Guide teams using customer insights, analytics, and market intelligence
Partner with LAD Marketing teams and external agencies to develop impactful, customer-focused campaigns
Monitor market conditions and industry trends to continuously improve strategies
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Advertising, or equivalent experience
Strong knowledge of automotive retail, dealership operations, and automotive marketing
Experience with Google Analytics, CRM platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite
Proven ability to analyze data and measure marketing ROI
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
