About the role

  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to design and implement automated workflows in HubSpot to drive lead generation and improve conversion rates.
  • Maintain and manage the HubSpot database by performing data cleansing, updating property values, and eliminating duplicates.
  • Assist with integrating marketing and sales technologies, including email platforms, calendars, social media tools, and website systems.
  • Generate and analyze reports to evaluate the performance of sales and marketing campaigns, providing actionable recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay informed about the latest trends and best practices in marketing automation to suggest innovative approaches that enhance campaign effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of digital marketing and/or HubSpot experience preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Information Science, Business, or a related field is preferred.
